Worse accommodation ever stayed at. This self catering accommodation is not at all what it is advertised to be. The only good things to say about it are the 2 bedrooms but the rest are abysmal to say the least. Living room has an old 2 seater seat with an old fashioned TV on the wall - it is advertised with DSTV but they forgot to state that it has basic channel (you can decide how many useful channels that mean!). Kitchen stated as fully furnished but has some hobs without a grill or oven! Bathroom looks grubby, patio area is grubby. There is very limited natural lighting as it is quite bushy with an annoying little fountain. The so called communal swimming pool which is suppose to serve 2 cottages is the size of a hot tub without the style of a tub. The owners did not address any complaints but hid behind the caretaker who could not do anything to address the lack of facilities that were misrepresented. I could go on..... The standard of the accommodation against the advert was so disappointing that despite the loss of money, we moved out after 2 nights to another accommodation. Yes, it was a financial loss but managed to save our 2 week holiday for the remaining time. In fact we moved to Camps Bay and paid the same rate for 100% better standard and service.
