We bought 2 leather sofas and 2 leather chairs from your store in Montana on 22nd January 2015.
On the day of delivery I noticed that one of the armrests of the one chair was damaged.
On bringing this to the attention of the delivery guys, they told me that the plastic which covered the chairs
Usually damage the leather. I was not satisfied with this answer and asked them to take the chair back to the store.
They refused to take it back, upon which I phoned the sales lady who assisted us at the Montana store.
She told me not to send it back, but to take a photo of the damaged chair and sent it to her, which I did.
I received a phone call from her an 18 March telling me she was going to come to my house to fetch the chair.
Since then I have no heard from her again.
