My domestic worker bought a bus ticket for R600 pp from Pretoria to Zimbabwe. She got on the bus on Thursday, 8 August at about 10 pm (Bosman station) only to get off the bus again a few miles away because the bus broke down. She left to visit her kids and had to be back at work on Monday, so there was no time to waste. The passengers tried to negotiate with the bus driver to get their money back or some kind of compensation, but without any success. Eventually, they had to pay a truck driver another R400 pp to get to the border and another R250 pp from the border to their home. This is just unacceptable. I think Luxliner could have treated their passengers better!

Hi my sister boarded your bus from Zim to SA ON THE 17TH of August 2016 anyway to cut the long story short they had an accident and some particles of the window glasses broke into her eyes .They (bus operators) promised to take her to the doctor once they get to Jrbg the gave y gave her money only to see the doc and said they promised to buy her medication afterwards.After that she tried to call you guys but she kept refered from one person to another until no one was picking their phones which I think is very wrong and very unproffesional and a guy named ZUDA was very rood they even told her that why don't u go to a free clinic and a guy named McCloud said use your money. Even when she phoned Zim offices she was told we cant help you because the bus was going to SA ??????????????? Really so u simply mean u don't care about passengers once they paid their bus fares .Sorry bt if u continue like this yr bus wont be favourite of many we hope that u will look into this matter.
