I was the subject of an attempted murder..February 2011...as a direct result of acting in terms of appointment as Commissioner of Oaths for RSA and registered e-filing tax practitioner 44C8D58..FSB no:21648..et al...it has taken me since Feb 2011..to become reasonably succint. The cause of the "attack" was as a result of my actions of reporting the person for "non-declaration" of income,which quite obviously was informed by the Revenue officer..hence the attack...Rumour has it..SARS charged them with a R 250 000 account..excluding penalties and fines...The case no:139/02/2011 SAPS Muizenberg CT..Groote Schuur Hospital patient/case no: 15271091...I was incapable of completing the forms required by the FSB..and tried to explain(e-mails retained)..I was struck-off..in 2011..I had paid them

the annual fees due...I have not managed to retain records other than e-mail..since returning from the UK...I wrote and successfully passed the Debt Councillors Training..and began practising..2009...as my principal business...NO ASSURANCE sales..since my return to RSA...yet...I'm being sued by the FSB...handed over to attorneys..for fees due...AFTER my licence was revoked/suspended??I have the e-mails on file.....please assist.....I have been declared "disabled"..by the state hospital..."brain damage" Short term memory loss...(inner ear fluid -right ear..loss-balance)..The Neuro-surgeon Prof Stemper....Groote Schuur...declared that I have lost between 5-10% of my mental ability...as per the CAT Scans and X-rays.....How should I proceed???I am still waiting for a RAF claim...as I was "hit" by a vehicle.....the accused's...
