The service that Marihanti Estate provides is pathetic. Their communication is appaulling. I had my property in Witbank rented by them and never once did I receive the rental on time. I always had to chase payment. My tenants eventually moved out without paying rent for 2 months at the end of January. To date, I have not received a cent from the deposit they paid. The stuff that needed to be fixed, is still not done, the electricity that is outstanding still not paid. I would never ever recommend this agency. I am disgusted with the way they do their business.
