Fraud
Last year May an account was opened with my name and products delivered in some house in Johannesburg South and I live in the Eastrand and now my name has been handed over and it's affecting my credit record for something I have never owned in my life. How do I get help from this.

Fraudulent Account
In August 2020 a fraudulent account was opened using my details while I was out of the country by homechoice, this transaction was not verified by any means. I just recently found out about this and been trying to contact their fraud department and they just not interested in responding to my emails and from my lawyer's emails. Homechoice is so bad. This bloody transaction has created a huge disruption in my life and my credit record.

I am also going through the same thing. This people are using our information . To me it was created May this year 2021. M reporting them to media right now.they cannot play with us like that.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
THEIR MARKETING TEAM IS DOING A GREAT JOB BUT THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS ARE USELESS, VERY VERY USELESS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. THIS IS COMING FROM A PERSON WHO IS WORKING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT. I PAID THE ACCOUNT IN FULL IN 2018, I STILL GET CALLS THAT I OWE THEM!!!! WHEN I TRY RESOLVE THE MATTER THE USELESS CONSULTANTS JUST HANGS UP. PEOPLE ARE JUST GETTING PAID FOR NOTHING. YOU WILL HOLD AND HOLD TILL YOU GET A NECKACHE.

Bad bad service
I ordered my cellphone 2 weeks ago but even now I'm still waiting for my order. I was sent a message that my order is on its way on the 26 of July. How long does it take to deliver ????

Bad service ever
The guy that was helping me at the show room was amazing. Problem was my order, I ordered 2 bedding sets, paid them both cash. I was then notified that my order was ready to be collected, my husband drove over 100kms to collect it, when he got home we realized it was only 1bedding set... I had to call them as nobody cared to explain that they ddnt have the other on stock...

It’s been a month now n am still waiting, when I call Johannesburg showroom where I bought these things they tell me I should call the call center they cannot help me... never will I ever buy from home choice again

PATHETIC
THIS COMPANY PHONES ME AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK FOR MONTHS TO OFFER AN ACCOUNT WITH HOMECHOICE, I HAVE TOLD THEM EVERY TIME TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THE SYSTEM BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THESE PEOPLE ARE SO INCOMPETENT THAT THEY CAN'T DO SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS THAT! THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASING ME NOW FOR MONTHS AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT MAKES PROVISION FOR THIS!!!!

Harrassment by Homechoice
I have had 25 calls from agents of Homechoice and I have asked each one to delete my number as I am not Mr Hendricks.
I have blocked all the numbers but these pricks use a different number everytime
Now I'm telling you here. Fuck OFF.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I placed an order for hot trays on 3rd SEPTEMBER'18 for a function I have on the 23rd September'18 - and by 20 September'18 the 3 items were still not delivered. The previous week I inquired and was told the Currier company will deliver my order before Friday the 14 September as they already received my order in Cape Town.
When I enquirer today 20/9/18, I was told to go and collect the items at your showroom in Wynberg, Cape Town myself. This is more than 2 hours from where I live. When placing my order as so many other times my delivery address to my door. This morning I'm told ohhh no the delivery address is changed, go collect it yourself, this after 3 phone operators at custom services put the phone down in my ear and a fourth one said she will call me back and never did.
Then I was given a number to call that just keeps ringing 021 680 1291 ext 1447
So now I'm billed for goods I did not even received - what kind of customer service is this, but I suppose ONE customer complaining - not receiving a order as placed and then charged for it is nothing - because you have enough clients.

Same thing happened to me in 2018 I had to pay for sth I did not receive so that my name is not red.since then I never ordered from homechoice they are very bad.still now I have not received it in 2019 November .all they know is to phone you and tell about their goods

I ordered duvets covers with 16 months to pay delivered in my post then paid completed later I received letter that state I'm owing ******** in my account. I'm unable to make any credit when I enquire they said they suspect fraud in my account be careful with homechoice
