She then began shouting at me telling nothing she can do?? Her mannerisms stink.What customer services is this?? This woman is a shame to your company. She ought to be trained to liaise with people. I am forced to rate it even a 1 due to Stephanie your rating should BE -ZERO..MINUS ZERO.
