I handed in a LEDSENSE R P7 torch which is still under warranty at the George branch on 8 May 2023 for repairs. I was told it would have to be sent away. After 4 weeks all I get is that they are still waiting to hear from the supplier. Please, just replace the thing!

I had a terrible experience as a first time customer buying at your store I intended to spend almost 6000 rand worth of items but change my mind because of your assistant manager or manager that clearly has no way of speaking ! I ordered a simple JEEP beanie online. I paid via EFT for above order OWHC********. After sending multiple proof of payments, my order was canceled without warning. With no refund???

Good day. My request that I would like to bring under your attention, and not at Hello Peter, where I see the company has a rating of only 3.6 out of 10. A bit concerning if I was in management. Never the less I visit your premises situated in William Moffet Rd, Port Elizabeth, and did not have a pleasant shopping experience and this is duly due to bad bad ordure that is within the shop, coming from the toilet area. Same as a blocked sewer line. Very smelly. Visit the shop again about two months later and can you believe the same bad ordure still within the shop. Is their any person that could assist with the problem. I feel actually sorry for the people who have to endure this the whole day working their.

As far as I can recall this was brought up to the managers attention, but nothing has been done as yet.
Please try and cater for customers to do shopping in a much better environment in terms of bad bad sewer.
