Rejecting application
I always get declined when I apply for credit thought this was a mistake but its been happening for 2years now at youre branches ??what's happening I have bought so many times by yo stores on credit now what changed???

Credit Application
My application nr ******** has reference. really do we want to do business? I've never been so annoyed in my life talking to a manger at house and home fleurdal regarding my account application were the salesman advised me that my company registration document id in Portuguese and he does not know? Asking the manager which he called just replied and said well we are to busy to translate the said document.

Well seems to me business is very good treating a potential customer this way. Im really worried about the poor salesman because if this is the attitude of his said manager how many potential is lost due to this manager attitude.

Sorry i am capable to translate the said document to English via google translate that could atmoust take me 2 minutes, but really

I purchased a Sound system and TV from OK Furniture West Street, on HP. The finance company was Rainbow Finance. After financial difficulties, I was unable to pay the full amount for each product. On the 15th of February 2016, Rainbow Finance sent their collection agents to repossess the sound system. Upon finding that the sound system was not here, the collectiom agents proceeded to threaten me to open the gate so that they could reposessess my tv. They took the tv away and despite me paying the arrears on the 19th of February 2016, my TV was still sent to the auctioneers(AUCOR) on the 22nd of February. Upon querying, I was informed that my tv was sent to AUCOR at 10am on the 22nd of February, despite me paying the arrears on the 19th.

On the 26th of December 2016, I went into OK Furniture West Street to settle the account. On the 27th of December 2016, I called Rainbow Finance to request a "Paid-Up Letter". I was told I would receive it by the end of the day. I received NOTHING. So I called back on the 6th of January 2017. I was told that the letter had been done on the 28th of December 2016, and upon further queries, it was established that the lady had taken down my email address incorrectly. Upon confirming the correct email address again, I was told I would receive it by close of business that day.

Today is the 9th of February 2017 and I have not received my Paid-Up Letter. This is pathetic from Rainbow Finance. When repossessing my tv, they were here instantly and threatened me in order to gain entry into my home. They sent me NO letter making me aware of the repossession though they said they did, and are now making me beg for a Paid-Up Letter. NEVER again will I purchase anything from a store that has Rainbow Finance as it's credit provider. A bunch of STUPID idiots sitting in their offices, especially a lady by the name of Felicia.
