In 2019 my family and I decided to make a brave move to buy a home in Hillcrest , we viewed a few homes. There was one free standing home that we did see , we loved this home but there was something missing so we decided to continue or search, Gray Schomburg was our realtor at that property and due to his remarkable and professionalism, he was understanding that this wasn't home for us
After a viewing a few properties online, we came across s Stunning home in Plantations , we scrolled down to only see that Gray was the realtor, we were excited as we knew he was very approachable and would assist at all times
And that was 100% confirmed, Gray took us through all we needed to know about the home
We found our castle , the transition was smooth , he was a greater listener especially to new home buyers
he mediated the move perfectly, I thankfully didn't experience the stress buyers go through I definitely could not relate.
moving home was the most amazing time, no challenges and no regrets
