Eldos need to take their buses for services if they care about the lives of their clients. I'm sitting here stuck at Richmond since 1:30 am now it's 2:56am. And no bus comin to replace this one plus at first we were told to go outside only to find out we will sit there and freeze with babies. I'm so annoyed by Eldo coaches and I feel like they only care about the money they receive. Out of 5 stars I rate them 0.

I'm very disappointed with your bus, I will never recommend other people to use your buses, first of all you delay us, your bus smells urine,uncomfortable, it's my first time and it will be a last time to use your buses.

The worst service in the bus service industry. I made a online booking got confirmation to pay in 24 hours at prescribe outlets. I got to the shop and was told the ref number does not work. I called the call center and was told that I had 20 min to pay for a ticket that I booked online. I'm confused ... what is the point of having a online booking system if you cant even manage it. No where on the booking site does it state that you have 20 min to pay for your booking. I did get confirmation of 24 hours to pay and a ref number. NO help from call center to fix their problem I was told to by another Ticket at a higher price.

This is the second time we are boarding eldo coaches and experiancing shit services!they say 5 star which is all bullshit!!!you pay to travel with eldo coaches but instead they sending passangers with CK TOURS which seems to be scrap metal running on wheels!bus sepose to leave dbn at 9 instead it left at 11 and half way thru the bus tyre starts to burn!all passengers asked to take out their luggage and stand on the road!where is the brains and mentality of these money making people?does the safety of their passengers not matter to the owners?if that's the case they should scrap the services and find something more useful to do!eldo coaches is all fuked up!only greedy for money!catch a wake up you dumb asses and use urls heads or close down that shit bus service!use to be good bt nw url r gone to the gutters!
