I have a problem with my prepaid box. it no longer shows the meter reading and every time I reload it, it says "No Response" I have been trying your numbers for the past week now and the numbers you provided on your website cannot go through.
kindly advise where can I get to enable me to get assistance because I am afraid that I will eventually be without electricity simply because your box does not accept my coupon.
