Reviews of Xhobani Security Systems - East London

Hi there.
My husband was at the Frere hospital Monday 4th February 2013. The night securtiy from Xhobani treated me and my husband with total disrespect. A patient was running around full of blood swearing cos she was drunk and harassing the other patients including me and the security on duty that night just stood and watched. When my husband was after 8 hrs waiting told he could go thru to casualty I accompanied him cause he had loss of feeling in his leg and if he fell I would be there to help. The Xhobani security on duty treated me like a dog, told me to get out or he would call someone to remove me. I think this was a racist issue as other patients were being allowed to accompany their sick relatives thru. When I asked him what about the other people who are going thru with patients he said to me "don't u worry about other people, I'm talking with you" who does he think he is treating me like I'm a dog. I spoke to him properly tryin to explain the situation and I said to him "u got no respect" the then clicked his tongue and sais to me " you got no respect, I told u to go out here and wait, u can't go here, go sit down" the tone of his voice was that of a parent and me a child and these guys have no respect, or how to speak to people. We are patients at the Frere and deserve to be treated properly and with dignity. I would appreciated feedback on this. I'm not sure of their names as they weren't wearing name badges. If u look on the night I mentioned u will see who worked in casualty in ur records. If it doesn't get resolved I will be getting hold of the CEO
