Reviews of Fnb - Colesberg

I applied for an FNB consolidation loan,what a disaster!!! First you have to go to the branch to get any information,then the call center would get back to you which never happens and you have to call them. Eventually they gave an answer - processing/ decline ! And the reason is that I had a salary increase and the past 3 month bank statements does not match the amount on my recent payslip. I was never asked for a salary variant letter, just declined. So in a nut shell don't apply for a loan when you get an increase, best wait 3 months as it will be declined by them. Furthermore their actions does damage to your credit record (mine was 650/700)
