Their phone is always not available(engaged), Line is always busy
I was sent an email on the 23rd Jan 2021 to confirm if I need any assistance because my case was handed over to Graham by Legal Wise. Today is dated the 2 February 2021 and I have not even received any response. when I try call them, the line is always not available, Line busy. Its as if the phone is placed aside the whole day for us not to get hold of them.
