The service is absolutely pathetic. Our driver has been twice back to collect a passport and for two days we are still waiting. No one answer the telephone and they also refuse to speak to me on our Drivers cellular phone. The phone has now been ringing for 20minutes with NO REPSONSE.

6 years back I found out that am married to someone that I don't know and it happened to your home affairs when I was 19 year old , I went to police stations Pretoria home affairs but I cant get help and I cant do anything like passport or getting married to my partner now, should I put it on social media because I believe it was inside thing.
