This department NEVER answer their phones!!!!!!! I have been calling for 3 days now!!

This is the most unhelpful, rude and lazy department i have ever seen!!
They never answer their phones, i have been trying to reach them by phone for a week now and you can leave the phone to ring for 30min nobody will answer.
Also the persond behind the counter are racist towards white south africans and don't want to give passports to your spous no matter if their is a permissio letter or not.
The worst recvice i have seen in years!! Should have no stars what so ever!!
Rather go somewhere else if you can....
