First Resorts is the largest Resort Management Company in South Africa, specialising in holiday resort management, including Body Corporates, TMA's (Timeshare Management Associations), HOA's (Home Owners' Associations) and Share Block companies. Through the amalgamation of several organisations with a total of almost 20 years' experience, we have developed a management package that provides all the necessary services and expertise, and sets First Resorts apart in an extremely competitive industy. We can administer properties of all sizes, and currently provide a management service to complexes ranging from a 9-unit Body Corporate on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast to a beachfront resort with over 150 apartments (and incorporating several restaurants and entertainment venues), from mountain to sea, hotel to lodge, luxury to economy.
