The report that is generated by the system contains health risk stratification and disease information. Your customer enrols in a programme designed to use cost-effective assessments, and appropriate consultations, including follow-up if required. The objective of these services is to identify risk and achieve risk control through enhanced compliance and monitoring, specifically with regards to cardiovascular issues (glucose, cholesterol & blood pressure). Your customer receives a WellScreen® Report that can be discussed at the end of a consultation.
