EL NINO PIZZA - Port Elizabeth

The idea was extremely successful and so I decided to develop an entirely new concept using my video store and my customer base, the idea was to create a unique Pizza with the video store as a value added tool. I started experimenting with various Pizza’s and doing market research in 2000, my idea was to give the customer good value and to develop a unique Pizza taste. Where there is no video store affiliated, the completed loyalty card entitles you to R100 worth of free pizza. After consultation with various organizations I also started developing a Rye Base Pizza for the health conscious and people who were not able to eat Pizza because of medical reasons attributed to the high percentage of gluten and allergy to wheat. This has proven to create a whole new market!
