The Company employs three chartered accountants who have collectively had previous experience in the property, leisure and construction sectors of the market. The directors have extensive experience in establishing, marketing, financing and constructing large residential and commercial developments. This experience is applied when providing our client with finance and property related advice. Many of the company’s activities involve the raising of funds or the assistance of corporates to make capital expenditure decisions. Barry van Wyk also acts as a Non-Executive Director to Resilient Property Income Fund, which is listed on the Real Estate Sector of the “JSE” and has a market capitalization in excess of R5 billion. This provides useful insight as to the appetite that the market has for various classes of property investments and the expected investor returns.
