I asked the company to do my tax as my tax consultant emigrated. I had to date never had a problem with my tax and received refunds every year.
After dealing with them, I now have an unanswered amount to pay SARS, not reimbursement from SARS and they still had the cheak to call me and ask me for their fees.
I am sure you could imagine what I told her?
