Relax in comfort and tranquillity in one of our three private thatched African style rondavels, or our thatched family cottage. Rock-A-Bye is owner run, by Lynda and Warren Bartholomew. The Rondavels The three rondavels are set in an indigenous bushveld garden. All have twin three quarter beds, en suite bathroom, kitchenette, and private deck with a view. All rondavels are air conditioned, with heating and cooling, as well as ceiling fans. There is a stocked mini bar fridge in each rondavel, and there are barbeques at each unit. Tea and coffee is provided in all rondavels, including the family cottage. The Family Cottage The family cottage is set in the indigenous bush. It consists of two en suite bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with twin three quarter beds and two

single beds in the lounge. Each room has its own wooden deck, one that is in the treetops. There is a lounge and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and barbeque facilities. The cottage has a well stocked library for those who like to read and fans are provided for those hot summer nights. There is an open air shower on the ¿tree top¿ deck for the more adventurous. The cottage has a lock up garage. A small plunge swimming pool is available for all guests, set in the garden by the rondavels. A wholesome farm breakfast is served on the wooden deck of the main farmhouse, overlooking the dam with its interesting bird life. A packed breakfast is provided for those early starters. Please note that a continental packed breakfast is served in your room on Sundays, for you to enjoy at your leisure.
