I combined my nsc results on 03 may this year they say i have to wait for 4 to 6 weeks but still now i haven't received my certificate

Hello I'm a student from enhlazeni tvet college mapulaneng campus in acornhoek I have completed n3 electrical engineering but didn't passed all my subject at once so at school they have gave me a form to complete in order to applied for my n3 certificate I did that and applied for it last year 2017 July even now I haven't yet receive my certificate I was asking if I can be able to come with my statement of results and applied at nelspruit
