Momentum service sucks
I was retrenched on 31 August 2020 and our HR department claimed our payout from the
pension fund and while I waiting some of my colleagues received sms from momentum but I did not received any so I email momentum to find out what was wrong with my claim and they came back to me confirming that my claim is in process I have to wait 26 days turnoround time for the process to be completed and again some of my colleagues received their money but stil I haven't received any sms so then I called momentum to find out what was the delay and I was told they didn't receive my withdrawal claim but their agent confirmed to me that they did received my claim and on the day I called were kept holding the line for more than good 20 minutes and they final answer my call and the agent told me the that person who responded to my email was not at work to answer by herself and the currect agent told me I have to wait another 26days turnaround period for the claim to completed again while am sitting without work and my assets will be repossessed due to them sending me from pillar to post.
