The shareholding is apportioned between the interests represented by the directors as follows: Loubser (50%) and McLagan (50%). SterCorp is a 50% shareholder in SterNam Properties (Pty) Ltd, a property development company based in Springbok in the Northern Cape, which is involved in property development projects in association with the Namakwaland Diamond Fund Trust (NDFT). SterCorp has a 40% shareholding in a BEE project management company, Ntaba Construction North (Pty) Ltd trading as RPM Resource and Project Management and a 15% shareholding in Sakhiwo Health Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a multi-skilled consultancy company specializing in construction and project management, consultancy and advisory services related to the implementation and execution of various aspects of the national Hospital Revitalisation Programme.
