The director of the South African School of Yoga, Swami Kamalavidya Saraswati encourages a yogic lifestyle of living well and being spontaneously joyous and happy. Kamalavidya personally teaches her students to get in touch with themselves and taking responsibility of caring holistically for the body, mind, emotions and spirit. She says each of the components must be healthy for you as a whole person to be healthy, and encourages eliminating the lifestyle choices that result in poor health.
