Reviews of Tokai Renault - Cape Town

Very poor service from Renault tokai.

Difficult to make a booking because they don't answer their phone. When they eventually did answer I wasn't able to speak to the person I needed. Left a message but nobody called back.
When I eventually managed to get hold of the right person the arrangements for dropping my car to them were complicated as they could not arrange for me to be dropped back to work.
The service seemed to be okay, but I soon discovered that they had switched off (or broken?) my rear parking assist. Numerous (mostly unanswered) phone calls and 3 weeks later the problem still not sorted. I'll be selling my Renault. Servicing it is just too much trouble!
