This club currently caters for presently active and new multi-sports people in the Pinetown, and Highway areas. However we do have members from all over the country. This allows them to join one club and so take part in various sporting disciplines, such as running, cycling, swimming and multi-sports such as triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon and adventure races. We also cater for all age groups, including children, adults and senior citizens. We stay in contact with our members via emails, weekly newsletters and meeting up at various events. At events we have a tent for our members where they can congregate for before the race club talks and get assistance if they need, and then again after the race for relaxation and post race massage. therapist. Our Gymnasium and Club House is situated at Pinetown Boys High School and is a fully functional training facility. We bring years of training experience to bear, and make use of any and all available resources to help guide athletes and other members, as well as providing, a full specialised gymnasium, that includes, Cardiovascular equipment, weights training machines, and a full free weights section. Multi-sport coaching, Sport specific training programs, Nutritional advice, Sports testing, Cross training options, and Personal training, We also provide referrals to a full range of qualified medical staff and practitioners.
