PG GLASS FITMENT CENTRE - HEAD OFFICE

Claimed on 14june on monday around 8am through insurance, Thandiwe from Mafikeng PG Glass said it will take 5days,even today still waiting no update I'm the one who suppose to always call for update, no progress. I even had a house robbery. Poor Thandiwe and PG Glass, will never ever advice anyone to do business with you.

On Tuesday the 20th of April 2021 around 11am I submitted a claim through my insurance with PG Glass.
I received several SMS’s confirming my appointment which was scheduled for Monday morning the 26th April 2021. Come Monday morning at approximately 8:30am i decided to call PG as I had heard nothing since all the SMS’s and spoke with a lady called daphne. She told me that my installation was scheduled for 1pm. At 13:45 I called in again only to be told by daphne that they would be at my house at 2pm. No apologies. No explanation. I have taken the day off work with no pay and it’s rather frustrating to be messed around like this, never mind the unprofessionalism of PG Glass. At 14:45pm I called in again and by this time I could hear in daphne’s tone that she wasn’t happy with me and simply transferred my call without even trying to call the installers. The phone just rang and rang and rang and rang, so I called back and this time Hennie who originally processed my claim on the 20th of April told me that he will call the branch and let me know. I refused to put the phone down and insisted that I would hold on at my cost until he came back to me with an answer. Eventually he returned to my call and I heard him speaking with the branch and the lady telling him the installers will be at my house at 4:30pm. No apology. Nothing. Like they are doing me a favor. This means my whole day has been wasted waiting for PG Glass. So I am not going continue my rant. All I’m going to say is this. Today WILL be the last time I EVER use PG Glass and certainly will never recommend them to anyone. I think it’s DISGUSTING!!!
