Our forte is in national road shows - the shortest we have done thus far comprising of 34 events over a 6 month period and the longest being 9 months comprising of 48 events. To briefly summarize what we do: Provide a complete A to Z events service in respect of corporate functions and entertainment. To elaborate, namely launches, road shows, conferences, team building experiences, themed corporate functions, gala dinners, lunches, VIP accommodation etc Full project management services specifically tailored per individual project. Research prior to project going live - if necessary Source and reccee venues where necessary. Compile feedback for presentation to client. Source and manage suppliers relevant to the project. Prepare a comprehensive project budget. Do all necessary negotiations
