I worked for some time at is the same as a software engineer, around the year 2000. I found The top leadership to be positive, Seeking to stretch the employees to develop new skills, and encouraging. I found the human resources to be positive. For instance, they try to make physical environment attractive, even providing us with pictures for Our offices. The company culture included good lunch-times and tea-breaks, allowing networking with the other project staff. There were some good international projects, and some dynamic fellow-workers.
