Celtic captain Thabo Nthethe, who is recovering well from a head knock, Tumelo Nhlapo, Soul Mmethi and Koloko Mokhethi joined the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Dr Pieter Mulder and the Phahameng community as well as various government officials and sponsors as they planted 10 trees. The entire park was surrounded by holes awaiting their new trees but time constraints only allowed for 10 to be planted at this area before the delegation moved onto other sites. But the gardening contractors stayed behind and planted dozens of other tress as well as planting a complete new soccer turf.
