PERLEMOEN HOLIDAY HOUSE & COTTAGE - Hermanus

The house has been designed to comfortably accommodate any number of persons from 2 to 16, thus allowing for extended groups of family and friends. It is ideally suited for 12 adults and 4 children, but smaller groups are equally welcome. Six individually styled bedrooms can accommodate 12 people and a further 4 beds are available on two landings. Seven bathrooms service the house. Main House The main house has three en suite bedrooms on three different levels. The loft bedroom has a double bed and the other bedrooms have twin beds. A comfortable lounge on the middle floor has easy access to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The loft and middle level boast sea and mountain views. A balcony on three sides of the middle level provides a typical South Africa style of living. The

downstairs bedroom opens on to an interesting water feature garden. Between the main house and the adjoining cottage, a BBQ room, with large fireplace, and a second fully equipped kitchen cater for large groups. Two large tables in this area provide seating for 12 people. This kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry.
