About the product
We provide concept designs for Africa and the international market. The concept design includes house plans of all the floors, together with four elevations. The plans are adequately dimensioned for a local architect to provide the service of adding notes and a site plan required for the relevant local municipality of the country. We provide full architect Services South Africa, including design and approval of building plans. Site work is however only available in Cape Town and surrounding areas such as Stellenbosch, Paarl and Somerset West.
