How it works is if you introduce us to an au pair who we successfully place with a family, we will pay you commission off the Placement Fee. This means that you can earn between R100 - R600 per placement and if you are already one of our Exclusive Au Pair Club members (an au pair registered with us), you can earn between R250 - R1 500 per placement.
