About the product
We offer monthly, weekly and fortnightly payroll processing which includes the following:
-The processing includes the capturing of any income, deductions, benefits or company contributions from a staff member’s salary,
-Accurate record keeping of annual leave, sick leave and family responsibility leave,
-Monthly submission of the UI19 declaration form to the Department of Labour,
-Monthly completion and submission of the EMP201 return to SARS for the PAYE, UIF and SDL payment liability,
-Sending the client a full set of payroll reports per run reflecting a breakdown of the payroll run per employee, an electronic copy of each employee’s payslip as well as a breakdown of the SARS costs reflecting a payment reference number and a leave history for the client’s record keeping,
-Delivery of payslips to the clients premises with no extra cost.
