Xponent - Zimbra® Email and Collaboration Suite
The following will apply:
1. The table applies to monthly rates per mailbox.
2. CentX will notify the customer of any changes in pricing in writing, 30 days prior to pricing taking effect.
3. CentX will invoice the customer on or before the 25th of each month.
4. Payment is due on or before the 5th of each month.
5. The first months fees will be due prior to delivery of the service.
6. Payment to be made via electronic transfer to:
• CentX Group (Pty) Ltd
• Bank: Nedbank
• Branch: Rivonia
• Branch Code: 196905
• Account Number: 1037461223
• Swift Code: NEDSZAJ
7. Non-payment will result in the suspension of domains.
8. Archiving is an additional service offered at R39.00 per mailbox, for a 10 year period.
9. Mailbox ingestion handled by CentX will carry a cost. Cost on request.
