Get your adrenalin pumping during this ideal introduction to abseiling. Set in the scenic Hartbeespoort area you’ll want to admire the views before descending the cliff face.
After a comprehensive safety briefing, you are issued with your harness, helmet and other safety gear then it’s over to the edge of the cliff to be roped up before you step over the edge to begin your descent down to the boat.
Then it’s a short trip to the start of your river rafting adventure! After a full safety briefing you are kitted out with lifejackets and helmets before you carry your two man inflatable raft to the river.
The excitement starts off calm water, to get you started with a moderately challenging descent down ‘Rocky Horror’ rapid just 200 meters away! Then navigate your way down the 4km route through an exciting series of grade 1 to 2 rapids and weirs before leaving the river. Be aware that you will get wet! You may even fall out! Don’t worry though, the qualified river guides will be on hand to help you!
