Receive payroll data input from Client (i.e. increases, incentives, transfers, demotions, terminations, new engagements, change of employment conditions, overtime, subsistence & travel, etc.)
Prepare & action periodic payroll input (weekly, monthly, daily)
Field allocate & process earnings, deductions, Benefits, Legislative submissions
Conduct payroll verifications & update/process payroll
Submit pay slip summary report to Client for approval
Generate and publish pay slips on ESS in line with Client’s time frames
Upload bank file & prepare electronic funds transfers for salary payment submissions
Third party payments & reporting
Generate UI19 for terminated Employees
Generate monthly Management reports
