About the product
Co-ownership or Joint Ownership Agreements typically consist of these common types of scenario's :

An Investor (A) & an Occupier (B) : Occupier (B) is also a minor investor in the same property. (A) puts the majority
of the cash deposit down, (B) puts down a minor deposit & occupies the house, pays fair "rental" to (A) and maintains
the property. All ongoing expenses for (B)'s account
Group of Investors : Group of Investors "Co-Own" the same property - from 2 - 20 investors (on consultation with
the Directors of Property Share). Property is either tenanted or one of the investor's is also an Occupier

Please note : We have 3 further options when it comes to Co-Ownership :
1. Fully managed by the Co-Operative throughout the duration of the contract
2. Mentorship / Nurturing into the Joint Ownership - ONLY the beginning stages
3. We ONLY provide the Joint Ownership Tools (Calculators / Joint Ownership Legal Agreement)

Depending on market conditions, 5% to 15% ROI (Annualised) / Full Ownership OR Co-Operative Ownership (Share basis). Cash only transactions, no financing of properties. Holding term of property usually between 3-4 years
