T-shirt printing prices depend not only on the actual processes involved when printing (such as whether digitally, screen or transfer), but the number of t-shirts to be printed also plays a vital role in determining how much the order would cost.
For sublimation, transfer or vinyl tshirt printing, which are the types of printing we specialize in, there is no minimum t-shirt quantity requirements and no limit to the number of colors. This means we can print for you any number of t-shirts, from just text to images/ photos or a combination of the two. Also, this type of printing is fast compared to screen printing which is more labor intensive and hence the longer lead times.
For large quantities, i.e, from 50 upwards, a screen print would be more suitable. This involves high set up
custom t shirt costs (screens and positives), but very low per unit costs, making it the most cost effective tshirt printing method. Screen printing is more complex to quote on as all the information is need before we supply a quote for an order. There is no fixed fee as the price is highly dependent on the number of t-shirts to be printed, the number of colors required, and for a more appropriate quote it would be best to send through the artwork in the beginning, so we can determine exactly how much ink is required for us to give you the best deal.
