All items carry a 1 Year Fetch, Repair & Return Warranty (In case of defect we will arrange with our respective courier partner to handle the pick up and safe return)
As a client you can pay via Instant EFT,Credit Card, Debit Card or monthly (Credit limit R20 000 per client). Online store will only display the cash price if over limit.
Once funds are received in full we will supply you with a original Tax Invoice and Courier tracking number.
If we stock it a DOA (Dead on Arrival) peace of mind can be enjoyed. This means that if your product has a manufacturer fault, we will replace it at no cost to you, provided that the item is in its original packaging. (You will have to inform us within 24hrs)

Deloud offers free shipping nationwide on orders R 3000.00 and above. Should delivery charges apply it will clearly be noted.
Orders placed before 1PM will be delivered the next business day to all major centres provided there is stock. Outlying areas & out of stock items
can sometimes take 2-3 working days.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use your residential/work address as your Shipping & Billing address.
There is no warranty on data. It's the customers responsibility to have backups in case of a defect or fault on HDD's, Flash memory, NAS Drives etc.
