Included with the Upgraded Standard Program is a Test Week, your Training Weeks, Tapering Week(s) and a post-race Recovery Week. The programs are structured according to current training methods and are periodised in terms of volume and intensity. The training programs are fun, but challenging.

In the Test Week, we will calculate your individual training zones based on the test results you send us.

All Standard Program training zones are prescribed in Heart Rate Zones. The zones are explained in the document attached to the training program.

Should you prefer training zones expressed in Power Output (watts) or Pace (min/km), please contact us through the website after downloading your program
Upload your training files from your GPS, Heart Rate Monitor or Mobile app to the TrainingPeaks website to compare what you accomplished with the prescribed program.
