Our Service & Support package options are tailored to meet with your requirements. At the end of your Agreement term, we will contact you regarding renewal and provide a report of your support activity. Using
our engineers wealth of industry experience, every Agreement is created with our clients in mind so you always receive the highest level of care as well as priority support for your system.

When you invest in specialist equipment, you are investing in your company’s performance and so require a Service & Support team that you can rely on. Whether you need a full support team overseeing several
buildings’ AV equipment or a standard annual Service Agreement, AVIX Service & Support ensures that your enquiry is dealt with quickly and proficiently, either over the phone with our Technical Support team or onsite
with a dedicated engineer who knows and understands your system. We can tailor a Service Agreement for you, working around your company’s individual requirements.

If you report a fault or breakdown, and the issue cannot be resolved over the phone with our engineer, an appointment with a Service Engineer will be organised within the agreed response time which suits you. With
a Service Contract, you are insuring yourself against any eventuality, you can rest assured that, whatever the problem, AVIX will send a qualified engineer to diagnose and remedy the issue.
