Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Computer literate
• 2 years of experience in Internal Sales
• Hydraulic experience advantageous (In-house training provided)

General Responsibilities:

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
• Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, and offering promotional items.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features, and benefits to enhance satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new products and customer preferences through internal meetings and training.
• Assist with Counter Sales when required.
