My rolls and responsibilities are managing day to day activities, not just mining but processing as well, as set out in my 3.1 legal appointment

I am responsible for all safety, production and labor related matters, and reported to the Production Manager on a daily
basis.

Was responsible for the implementation of safety and production standards and ensuring that all these standards were met working closely working with all the relevant HOD"S. Liaising





with all the clients ensuring that we meet with all our contractual obligations. Signed off on all subcontractors’ invoices and costing for month end reports for the CEO. All labor related issues were handled by
myself.
