Reviews of Vodacom Regional Head Office Cape Town

I got a Nokia 8 on contract and it broke down within 2 months. I took it in to get repaired which cost me a protective glass cover valued at R299 of which I was not informed that they break them when separating the phone. It was repaired in three days. 1 month down the line it failed again. I am a pensioner and I live >50km from the repair centre in Alberton. It was a couple of months before I could afford to travel to the repair centre. They took it in and the lady on the desk said that she would try and get the phone swapped as it is obviously an inferior product. I got an sms 12 days later saying that the phone was awaiting spares and no date was given for completion. I phoned the head office, repairs, and spoke to a Mianami, (couldn't understand her properly or she mumbled her name). She couldn't give me any answers except that they "had a procedure" which doesn't help me one iota. She refused point blank to put me through to a manager so I could get no answers whatsoever. I feel that I should cancel ALL my Vodacom contracts which is a shame as I have been with you since 1996. Can somebody in authority contact me as call desk paygrades are useless. A.E. Abery
