If your claim is dealt with by a candidate attorney, insist on seeing the contract of articles stamped by the Law Society. Do not permit any other person to deal with your claim, because such person is neither an attorney nor a recognized professional, is not legally permitted to charge you fees and should not be entrusted with such important work.
