STANFORD VALLEY GUEST FARM

On our 440ha farm we are experimenting with the growing of organic rose geranium and lavendin for essential oils. Our cattle helps to restore our soil and you will meet our chickens, ducks and geese, some of which roam freely. Stanford Valley Guest Farm is owned by 40plus like-minded friends, whose desire was to create, in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way, a remarkable place that inspires them and hopefully others. All of the accommodation on our farm is built around a central werf, giving it the feeling of a small village whilst allowing each guest unit the privacy of its own stoep and garden. The cottages, decorated in warm colours, are designed with the guest’s utmost comfort in mind. Every self-catering unit is supplied with a braai and free fire-wood.
